Give up control. * THE CLASS: This class is a full day initiation to the art of tying and being tied. A lovers initiation. You can sign up together with a partner, lover or friend that you feel comfortable sharing intimacy with. It is located in the beautiful studios of Dansterapicentrum at Östermalm and will give you a fantastic introduction to Shibari, inspired from japanese and western rope bondage and tantra, with sensuality and embodiment as the most distinguishing approach. The class will be in Swedish or English, depending on the participants. * LIVE MUSIC AND FOOD: A mezmoringing atmosphere will be held musically by my partner Benjamin Jamily. The music will support you to enter even more deepely into the beauty of the moment and offer the spark of life that only live music can do. And a good event is not possible without good food, tasty and healthy snacks! * WHO IS THIS FOR: The class is for beginners, who have tied a little before, or have no earlier experience. The class can also fit you who feel stuck in your practice and want a new start to refresh the basics and build connection and curiosity with your ropes or your partner. * CONTENT: This class is both a teaching and an experience. It is a chance to deepen intimacy and explore polarities of directing and surrendering, all in a loving presence with the ropes as your tool. With the ropes we will study basic technique and go though tying patterns as well as the foundation of improvisation. You will also be guided through exercises that focus on creating connection, depth and loving presence. Skills from different artforms come together in the teachings; dance, massage, kink, meditation, bdsm, authentic relating and communication. I have chosen to have a sliding scale to be able to offer spots to people with different economic situations. Choose an amount on the scale that is possible for you to pay depending on your income. Please pay full price if you have the possibility.
