These days will focus on creating a baseline for daily pleasure through mindfulness, tantra, movement, food, tea, nature, and other simple things around us. S€xual pleasure is a prolongation of daily pleasure, so let us start here with our senses and our capacity to stay grounded in the present moment. Then where these tools will take you, will be a whole other journey. In my work, we move beyond gender and sexual identity to explore our full capacity as human beings. 𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 Online on Zoom. Day 1: Tuesday, March 28, 8-9.30PM - Grounding and Daily Pleasure Day 2: Wednesday, 29, 7:00- 8:00AM Morning Practice Day 3: Thursday, March 30, 8-9.30PM - Trauma and Pleasure Day 4 & 5 Self-implementation of the practices. Day 6: Sunday, April 2, 8-9.30PM - Deepening the understanding of pleasure All times are Central European Summer Times. Everyone who feels called is welcome. However, I ask you only to sign up if you are ready to take on the challenge seriously to respect the depth of this journey. |
