Welcome to a continuation class in shibari 9-11 December! Register for the course: https://forms.gle/ojSLiRBRTmtkGHsYA * THE CLASS: This class is a weekend intensive for people who have earlier taken a beginners course with me or have basic skills of Shibari from earlier, like experience of tying patterns and basic technique for rope improvisation. The work is inspired from japaneese and western rope bondage and tantra, with sensuality as the most distinguishing approach. The class is open for all genders, with a group of 8-12 people. Other events: Beginners Intensive in January https://www.darkside.se/?event=52000 * CONTENT: In the classes we will study technique and go through tying patterns as well as practice improvisation. During the weekend you will also be guided through exercises that focus on creating connection and depth. The deep conection is one of the biggest reasons I am interested in Shibari and therefore also a big part of my teachings. We will swap partners between the expercises and practice with eachother of all genders in the group. Here are some of the things we will do: - Practice both improvisation and specific tying patterns. - Practice useful tricks and details for tying. - Play with different themes, like esthetics, chaos and movement. - Work with our bodies and body awareness. - Explore the concept of the ritual, and how to create sessions and tantric rope rituals. - Have dialogues around topics like sexualisation, safety, communication, domination and submission. * PRACTICAL INFO: When: December 9-11 Schedule: Friday: 18-21 Saturday: 10-13, Lunch, 14-17 Sunday: 11-13, Lunch, 14-16 Where: Stockholm, exact venue tba Price: The cost is 1800-2200, including lunch both saturday and sunday. I have choosen to have a sliding scale to be able to offer spots to people with different economic situations. Choose an amount on the scale that is possible for you to pay depending on your income. Please pay full price if you have the possibility. There is also a possibility for a limited amount of people to make a deal where the price can be reduced in exchange for some practical help before and after the classes. * ABOUT MOLLY: Molly S Lindau is an artist exploring sexuality, emotional health and growth through classes, studies and artistic work. Her main focus at the moment is in the area of Shibari, japanese rope bondage and ritualism. The aspect of emotional growth and healing is at the core of her work and she belives that sexuality is one of the most powerful tools to access the creation of change and inner power. Her way of tying is inspired by dance, contact improvisation, massage, meditation, bdsm and tantra. There is a focus on presence, sensuality and the deep contact between people, where the rope becomes a tool and a frame work to experience one self and others.
