The Silver Birch School for Maid Servants presents: 1st Maid Training class of The New School Year 2015 Saturday 5th September 11:30 - 19:00 400SEK for the full day LOCATION AND DETAILS WILL BE SENT UPON REGISTRATION Spaces are limited so register as soon as possible at info@the-academy.se to ensure your spot A full day of training sesssions for those who wish to learn how to serve as maid servants in a BDSMF context by j, head-maid of The Silver Birch School for Maid Servants (http://www.mwxj.org/maid-school.html). This is the first school day in the new school year for The Silver Birch School so classes are designed to be completely accessible to new students to the school as well as teaching plenty of new things to our returning students. This is no simple roleplay. This is serious servant training. This is series of lessons focused on real service and is taught by j who trained in London and has over 10 years’ experience as a maid and teaching other maids. The course teaches the necessity of genuine obedience, respect and competent maid service in a BDSMF context. We will begin with an introduction, discussion and negotiation but immediately following you will be in uniform and expected to behave as maids, which includes being obedient, respectful and disciplined to your trainer. Note: You will be expected to accept discipline and correction as negotiated with your trainer and agree to this before the school day begins. You will be sent rules that you will be expected to read and agree to prior to attending the day. The school day is open to people who wish to train to be maids only. You will be expected to train as a maid for the entire day except for a brief negotiation before beginning and breaks between lessons. You will follow a simple dress code, or you will not be permitted to train. Note: FOR DOMINANTS - Sadly you will not be able to attend this class if you are interested in keeping maids or servants yourselves. If you are interested in your submissive attending or have any questions please feel free to be in touch. There will be a course specifically for dominants who are interested in keeping maids and servant planned for October. This will be published shortly and we look forward very much to seeing you there. Course outline for the day: The day will feature a series of three full lessons interspersed with breaks. Each lesson focuses on a different area of domestic service as a maid in a BDSMF context. The goal of the day is to give a broad and detailed basis for maid service. Here you will learn fundamental skills such as deportment, attitude, dress, and behavior. You will learn how to stand, listen, speak and take orders in the proper, formal manner. You will learn the essential skills necessary to be maid servants including household protocol, serving in different events and circumstances, meal/drink service, cleaning skills and more. Today is a full contained day of classes, but also is the first of a series of workshops that will continue once a month until the end of the year. Students are not required to come to every school day, but they are encouraged to if they wish to continue expanding on their skills. Maid role This is a course for those who wish to learn to serve in the traditionally “maid” role. It is open to anyone and everyone whatever their gender/sexual identification. However this course is focused on the role of the traditional maid servant, a position commonly defined as feminine. In our school we take this definition in the broadest possible sense, however, during training sessions themselves this is the role that you will be asked to reproduce. For example, maids wear skirts/dresses as part of their uniform and are addressed using feminine pronouns and terms when they are in service. Dress code We do not expect maids to have a uniform when they start, but there is a very strict dress code for the course. All maids attending the course must wear either: A white blouse or shirt with long sleeves that buttons up to a collar and a black knee length skirt. All clothes must be clean and neat. OR A full, practical and modest cotton-based maid uniform. Such a uniform is a minimum of a black and white uniform dress and white apron (ideally including a cap and gloves). Lingerie-style uniforms or uniforms in other materials are not acceptable for this course. Uniforms that are too short in the skirt or too deep cut in the top are not acceptable for this course. ....
