I once loved thee
I loved thee,
With lack of better judgment,
Thrown away like leftovers,
Stuck in your garden like cement,
How cruel your heart can be, even though we were once lovers.

Now i fear for those who take my place,
As your love is a burning maze,
A singel step in the wrong direction,
And your love will die,
So will he by a severe infection.

Dare i say,
Will your love ever be tamed,
Or shall I shout your name in hope, that you'll stay,
Cause maybe your love was only framed,
By your thoughts of love,
Maybe you should just stop and pray.

Love must be loved by your heart alone,
Set your sights on the word,
Before you're gone,
Step out the door and enter the world,
And rekindle your passion, you've loved wrong.
I once loved thee, my long gone sparrow.
