Edging, breathing, kegels, and orgasm control (Self)
I thought this might be the best place to write this up. Here's little bit about my own experiences on orgasm control.

For the longest time I was always a fanatic about edge play. Every since I first started masturbating I was practicing the art of edging (even before I knew what it was). I had figured out early on that by denying myself an orgasm for a day it would make my libido profound, and over time I would push the boundaries and go for days, even weeks. When I would finally bring myself to orgasm the feeling of intense pleasure and euphoria was overwhelming. This would then lead me to experiment with what I could do to have better control over myself and my orgasms.

Edging:
This ones a no brainier. Bring yourself to the cusp of orgasm, and stop, rinse and repeat until you finally feel ready for a release. Once you get the hang of it try getting to the cusp and staying there for prolonged periods of time, each time trying to edge closer without breaking the threshold.
There have been times where I end up having a micro-orgasm or "denied orgasm" (if thats what you call it?). What happens is I will end up ejaculating without having an orgasm. This is a surreal experience as you still have your libido and can keep on edging after ejaculation.

Breathing exercises:
I took up deep breathing exercises for my swimming classes. I wanted to have the best underwater swim distance and practiced intensely for the longest time. During these exercises I would have two phases. One is to lower your levels of O2 in the blood, the other is to increase levels of CO2 to train to resist the "pain" you have when CO2 builds up in your lungs.
Both exercises will result in you having a lowered heart rate to compensate for the lack of oxygen.
I then decided to adopt my breathing into my edge sessions and the results were astounding. By having lowered my heart rate, I found that It was much easier to keep myself on the cusp of orgasm and stay there for an almost indefinite amount of time. The lowered heart rate meant my mind and body was at ease and the relaxation helped with my control. Sure there were times where I slipped up and lost my focus/control, but thats all part of the training :D

Kegel exercises:
I had heard about kegel exercises helping with premature ejaculation and decided to give this a go. What I experienced was the opposite of what was advertised. Having already been versed in the ways of orgasm control I was surprised to realize that kegel exercises (especially during and edge session) would limit my control. I believe this had to with when performing a kegel, although contracting the pelvic muscles, it will "push" a little more blood into my penis. This made it harder to keep control as I would be extra sensitive to touch.

Pro tip: Kegels can make your penis feel harder, so performing some kegels when your partner is about to climax is a real treat for them

Non-stimulated orgasm:
We all have had wet dreams, ergo we can orgasm without being physically stimulated. Orgasms are controlled by the mind, not the body, so I decided to put this to the test as well.
In order to prepare I made sure to edge for a week, 1-2 hour sessions a day.
When it finally came to the day of the attempt I made sure I felt comfortable and at ease. It was dark and cosy in my bedroom, a few candles lit, fresh soft linen sheets, and a calming tune would play in the background. I would lay down on the bed facing up, close my eyes, and begin with my breathing. Deep breaths to lower the heart rate and kegels to get the blood flowing. Once my penis was erect I would routinely contract my pelvic muscles for one long hard hit and release, each time holding on a little bit longer.

What was on my mind you ask? Nothing. My mind was completely blank. I did not have any wild fantasies or orgies in my head, this moment was about me and my body, and that alone. I was feeling my body (not touching myself). I was feeling how my skin felt on the sheets, how i would feel my breath on my chest as I exhaled, how my penis felt with every contraction of my pelvic muscle.

I began tightening my anal sphincter every so often as it causes a short burst of increased blood pressure, this would signalize my body that I was ready to orgasm (if you look at a man/womans ass when they orgasm their sphincter tightens). I would begin to breath faster to raise my heart rate, increasing blood flow, and bringing myself closer to climax. I would repeat all of these exercises over and over, with increased time and intensity until eventually it happened. I felt the rush of endorphins as my body began to tingle, soon after the convulsions came, overriding my CNS and taking complete control of me. I probably laid there for a good 5-10 minutes afterwards "riding the wave" of endorphins as I breathed deeply.

Once I came back I noticed, to my surprise, that there was a lack of ejaculate. Just like the exact opposite of the denied orgasms, I have had a full body orgasm without ejaculating.
I have only experienced this once in my life but it was an experience that I will never forget.
My journey to a self revelation
