This whole weekend is carefully planned for you to increase your level of intimacy in a safer and more controlled way than in real life, meanwhile being playful and having fun. As we build this capacity we realize that we can have instant intimacy with new people because we meet at the same level of trust. This is not only a “feelgood weekend”, but a place to learn tools for life. Open for singles and couples. This workshop is for you who: ⬥ Limit yourself in relating to others. ⬥ Get stuck in your mind easily. ⬥ Want to connect with new humans that live intimacy at other levels? This weekend's workshop will give you: ⬥ A place to be yourself with others. ⬥ Tools to invite more intimacy in all your relationships ⬥ An embodied experience of feeling safe among others ⬥ Listening to and communicating your needs ⬥ Physical connection and oxytocin. 𝐎𝐮𝐫 𝐕𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐚𝐜𝐲: All people have a need for intimacy. As adults, we often associate intimacy with sexual closeness, but there are so many more layers in which we can establish real intimacy. Have you ever had the feeling of desiring sex and in the end realizing that you just needed a cuddle? This happens because we don’t have enough layers of intimacy in our vocabulary. What limits us in closely relating to others is often the meaning we give to intimacy. What does this hug mean? What is expected from me now? In this way, we end up limiting a certain kind of intimacy to very few people because of the existing norms or expectations. As we explore this deeper, it comes down to our own capacity to trust ourselves and to show and communicate our needs and boundaries. Our proposal is to explore intimacy from the present moment in a more fluid way and pick out the cherries of every relationship. Are you longing to feel belonging and being intimate at many levels with people inside & outside your closest circle? Then this is for you. We will use tools and exercises that you have never seen anywhere else. We use inspiration from: ◊ Authentic Relating ◊ Consent practices ◊ Tantra ◊ Dance ◊ Somatic Therapy This is open to all people independently of gender identity or sexual orientation. As fluid beings, Marcos and Li do not generalize any behavior or separate people because of gender. We believe in a planet where we are free to explore who we can be outside social constructs and expectations while respecting others for their expressions. This is a clothes-on event where we will support each other to make every interaction consensual of safe. Even though this workshop will work on deeper levels it is also beginners friendly.
